H. G. Fenton Development in San Marcos
This forum is intended for discussion about H.G. Fenton's proposed plans to develop 86 acres sandwiched between Discovery Meadows, Lowes, Bent/Craven St and Twin Oaks Valley (TOV) Road. What effects will there be on traffic, schools, noise, crime, and general quality of life for residents of Discovery neighborhoods and San Marcos in general?
